This works great. I have cut everything under the sun with this and it works great. I tried grating horseradish root with it and it didn’t got so well. I would recommend rinsing all the dirty pieces immediately after use, otherwise, it is extremely difficult to clean

It is awesome for meal prep! If cutting dense things like potatoes they do need to be a certain thickness to be able to cube them. I have however (by my own fault) sliced two chunks of my finger out making waffle fries and chips… so like be careful or use the guard because the blades are SHARP.

This is amazing when I want to dice up vegetables or slice summer sausage. The pieces slide around though. The bottom gripper came off too and it is daunting to wash the grids of this. Onion skin sticks to all of it! It doesn’t snap closed either when you want to use the grid. I have to hold the sides in place so that the top doesn’t just slide off the bottom when dicing. If I use the top as a sliver the exchangeable piece falls out, it usually gets stuck to the cheese or sausage. It probably shouldn’t be used for anything but vegetables. It saves you from handling a onion or potato for long amounts of time to dice them.

When in need of a quick fix to cut vegetables, this is the gadget. It’s been working perfectly ever since it arrived. It was in excellent condition from out of box and it’s still in excellent condition. I’ve cut about everything. From Onions, Garlic, to even Carrots ( which I thought would be very tough on it, but it cut them up pretty nicely. The add ons work like intended. I’m loving it so far. As in usable life of the chopper, I will update if it breaks at some point.

Okay it will make your cooking prep time cut in half. However there is a trick to using this. You need to have veggies cut in small sizes otherwise you will be required to put a lot of force. The smaller of the two blades requires force whereas the bigger one works effortlessly. Claw to clear the top is very handy if you can figure out the trick. Over all good purchase.
